When bad things happen, we often feel caught off guard and helpless - everything seems to have fallen apart. Maybe a longtime relationship has ended, or you've just lost a job that you loved.
Sometimes we lose our self-confidence. When you're in school and feel that you just don't fit in and that no one likes you. When you don't know how to stand up for yourself. When you grew up with overly-critical parents and have never learned to believe in yourself. When we feel stuck, we are convinced that we can't move forward, and if we do, then we'll fail.

My specialty is helping women and girls discover who they truly are and what really matters to them. I am sensitive to the struggles that women and girls face in gaining self-confidence. I can help you to learn to embrace change, not run from it. Using an active and supportive approach in a safe and non-judgmental space, we'll develop a plan together to change the patterns that hold you back from moving forward.
